Vintage large red abalone shell.
It measures 8.25 Inches by 6.5 Inches.
This is from my Grandmother's shell collection from the 1930/40's.
Wonderful shape and color.
She wrote "37" on it, the year that she likely got.
There is second spot with the number 3 with a black mark next to it.
We didn't try to remove either markings.
